REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued, unless the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item upon delivery. If this is the case, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

All orders are subject to "DDU" (Delivery Duty Unpaid) customs: the indicated price of the product does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, custom taxes and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is made. The payment of these taxes is required in order to relieve the order from custom charges. We cannot predict what the amount to pay for taxes and customs will be, therefore we ask that you check before making an order. In any case, the mail courier can present you with a separate invoice for the local taxes that need to be paid. Refunds are not offered in the event customs and import duties are not paid by customer.
